Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates are given in business days from dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs inspections and peak periods can extend them.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; the cost of redelivery is payable by the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at info@findlark.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under European Union law, including your right to receive the goods within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
