1. Who we are These terms govern your use of findlark.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Elu Hea OÜ (registry code 16051407) ("we", "us"). Contact: info@findlark.com

2. Orders and contract formation Product listings are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If a product is unavailable or has been listed at an incorrect price, we may decline the order and will refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and taxes Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and include VAT where applicable. Elu Hea OÜ VAT number is EE102902776. Shipping costs are shown before you complete checkout. Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duties payable by the recipient — see our Shipping Policy.

4. Payment Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Delivery Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a carrier you have nominated.

6. Returns and guarantees Your right of withdrawal, our 100-day money-back guarantee, and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product information The Findlark Lark Card works with Apple's Find My network and requires a compatible iPhone or iPad running a supported version of iOS. It is a locating aid, not a security device or a guarantee against theft or loss. We describe our products as accurately as we can; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.

8. Acceptable use You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.

9. Intellectual property All content on this site — including the Findlark name, logo, text, images and design — belongs to Elu Hea OÜ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for loss of or damage to items you choose to track using our products.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

12. Changes We may update these terms. The version published on the site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
